Prices vary based on Art/Accessory rental need and duration. It is best to work out a budget and design accordingly. We do not offer full service furniture rentals. we specialize in minimal lifestyle presentation in kitchens and baths.

$200 service call for initial consultation and design plan, plus $50 for staging day.

Organizing and Decluttering

$200 service call plus $50/hr past 2 hours + cost of organizational products needed (if any).

If you aren’t handy, don’t have the time, or don’t mind the extra cost, we have trusted licensed contractors to call on for painting and repairs as needed; their pricing schedules are separate from ours and you would pay them directly. Deep cleaning the space will be the responsibility of the homeowner, or we have great cleaning services to refer you to also.

Occupied Homes

Utilize existing furniture, streamline and depersonalize the space.

Verbal in person 2 hour consultation $200 + $50/hr past 2 hours for completion of staging design. 

Interior Design

Redesign your space, Color Consultations, Moving in decorating, Personal Shopping services, Real estate investment consultations

$200 for 2 hour consultation + $50/hr past 2 hours for completion of project + cost of furniture as needed  

MOdel Home and Apartment set up

$200 Service call + cost of furniture + $50/hr for set up and design of furniture on delivery day.

Show Room Set up
